Mrs Doherty’s Senior Infants and 1st Class have some very special visitors in the classroom. They received some eggs in an incubator and they are beginning to hatch! The boys were amazed to watch the little chicks pecking their way out of the shells today. So far we have three yellow chicks and one black chick.

We came in to school today to see that another chick had hatched during the night. We now have five chicks.
